Keyholder

The Keyholder is a non-exempt leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class customer service, POS sales, facility security, and merchandise processing. This position supports the efficient and cost-effective operation of the retail store by managing security, customer relations, and accurate cash register operations to maximize profitability. The role involves opening and closing the store, handling donations, and maintaining inventory control under the direct supervision of the Team Leader.
