Keyworker – Early Years Practitioner

The Keyworker – Early Years Practitioner provides high-quality care and engaging play experiences for children aged 3–10 years while supporting the safe and compliant operation of the IKEA Reading crèche. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for colleagues, parents, and support teams, and taking responsibility for the crèche's day-to-day operations in the absence of the Crèche Manager. The position requires maintaining safeguarding standards, managing staff, and ensuring a positive environment for all children.
