The Kids Manager oversees all aspects of the Kids department at a health club, responsible for the day-to-day organization, promotion, and administration of kids programming. The role ensures continuous professional growth of team members and delivers safe, engaging activities for children. The manager is also accountable for driving departmental performance to meet revenue goals and support membership growth and retention.
