Kiln Operator

This position is responsible for controlling, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining the kiln to ensure proper operation under the supervision of the Kiln Supervisor. The role involves supporting and demonstrating core company values while performing essential duties such as loading kiln cars, operating transfer cars, and maintaining equipment. The position requires predictable attendance and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
