Technicians will collaborate cross-functionally with scientists and engineers to scale chemical processes, manage troubleshooting, and maintain production plans for diverse modalities including peptides and oligonucleotides.

Responsibilities

Operate kiloscale glassware and equipment to meet production schedules
Execute chemical process transfers from development to pilot plant operations
Conduct material testing and complex experimental designs under cGMP regulations
Assemble and disassemble machinery with strong mechanical aptitude
Document procedures, summarize data, and troubleshoot process upsets effectively
