Kit Fulfillment Coordinator

This role serves as the operational and administrative backbone for mySci's kit fulfillment lifecycle, combining warehouse-based kit assembly and refurbishment with the administrative tasks required to manage inventory flow between the warehouse and partner districts. The position involves coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, maintaining accurate records in Fishbowl and Google Sheets, and communicating directly with partner districts regarding scheduling and missing materials. Additionally, the role requires physically building, packing, and refurbishing kits while maintaining organized inventory and supporting delivery-day operations.
