Southcentral Foundation
The Southcentral Foundation is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food service operations by assisting with meal preparation, kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and food storage. This role ensures safe, efficient, and culturally responsive meal service while maintaining sanitation and food safety standards. The position is primarily based at the Yeshjesh T’uh facility but may require occasional coverage at up to three additional locations.
Southcentral Foundation is an Alaska Native-owned, nonprofit health care organization serving nearly 70,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Anchorage, Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and nearby villages in the Anchorage Service Unit.
