Kitchen Custodian

The Kitchen Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment, including dishwashing, proper storage of dishes and utensils, and general cleaning duties. This role ensures the sanitation and organization of all food service areas, such as kitchens, dishwashing stations, and banquet areas, while managing waste disposal and cleaning supply inventory. The position requires the ability to perform moderate physical work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
