Kitchen Hand

This is a casual Kitchen Hand position within the Food and Beverage team at Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre, located on the grounds of Macquarie University. The role involves supporting chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining clean work areas, receiving deliveries, preparing ingredients, and assisting with dishwashing and food preparation across various venues. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the employee will contribute to the smooth operation of all menus through consistent food storage and cleanliness.
