The Kitchen Manager serves as the culinary operator for the Houston market, directly managing day-to-day operations at a shared commercial kitchen and overseeing food distribution to seven school locations. This working leadership role is accountable for food quality, production execution, inventory management, and kitchen team performance to ensure all schools receive meals on time and to Yay standards. The position involves hands-on cooking, scheduling, waste reduction, and regular communication with school staff and operations leadership.
