Kitchen Manager

This role manages the daily operations of the kitchen, overseeing the production, preparation, and presentation of food for the hotel's restaurants and room service. The position is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, monitoring food and labor costs, and assisting the Executive Chef with menu development. The manager also handles human resources tasks, including hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff.
