Reporting to the Culinary Partner, you will oversee all back‑of‑house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and hospitality that define Red Door Woodfired Grill. ### Key Responsibilities | Area | Details | |------|---------| | **Culinary Leadership & Operations** | • Lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency, consistency, and quality.

• Monitor food quality, waste, and portioning to meet food‑cost goals.
