The Kitchen Partner is a back-of-the-house role that may include positions such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager. This position ensures timely production of products using company recipes while managing security, shrinkage control, and overall sanitation of the work area.
