Kitchen Porter 1 - Banqueting

The Kitchen Porter will support the stewarding department at Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere by maintaining high cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards across back‑of‑house areas, assisting with equipment preparation, waste management and staff facilities. The role also involves guiding junior stewards, monitoring stock of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues while working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
