Kitchen Porter

This role reports directly to the Eden Sous Chef and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen and both front and back of house environments. Candidates must adhere to strict cleaning guidelines, such as COSHH, while working at high speeds to minimize waste buildup during peak times. This position involves assisting chefs, keeping accurate cleaning records, and operating in a hot, fast-paced venue-based kitchen without requiring customer-facing responsibilities or formal hospitality qualifications.
