Kitchen Supervisor

The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the production of all foods on the property and supervises kitchen activities in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. This role involves managing food production, buffet setup, and sanitation procedures while assisting the Executive Chef with menu planning and staff scheduling. The position requires strong communication skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation.
