Kitchen Team Leader

The Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn Norwich West (Showground A47) will manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, food ordering, and leading the team during busy services. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, this role involves taking full ownership of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are met. It is a hands-on leadership position designed to help aspiring chefs develop the skills needed to advance to a Head Chef role.
