About this role

The Kith Operations Lead serves as the right hand to the Operations Manager, overseeing merchandise handling, stockroom organization, and the shipping and receiving process for the Soho Kids store. This role trains and supervises stock associates, manages inventory replenishment, and acts as the point of contact for back‑of‑house matters when the Operations Manager is unavailable.
