Kitting Operator I

The Kitting Operator I is responsible for assembling pre-formed boxes and creating packages with the correct number of items, including handrails, spindles, installation directions, templates, and building screws. The role involves labeling, branding, and covering completed boxes while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations. This position requires attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying temperatures.
