Knowledge Base Program Manager

The Knowledge Base Program Manager leads the management, optimization, and governance of the enterprise knowledge ecosystem, including the Knowledge Hub. This role partners with business units and subject-matter experts to design scalable content governance practices, manage workflows, and leverage analytics and AI capabilities to continuously optimize the knowledge management program. The position serves as a content strategist, systems administrator, process designer, and program manager to ensure accurate, accessible, and effective knowledge sharing across the organization.
