Knowledge Management Analyst

The Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for gathering, storing, and retrieving knowledge to support effective collaboration and decision-making within the Directorate and Direct Reporting Units. This role involves designing and managing SharePoint sites, implementing knowledge management processes, and providing technical expertise for situational awareness tools. The position requires daily support for operations, contingencies, and exercises, including training stakeholders and developing concepts of operations.
