About this role
The Knowledge Management (KM) Product Advisor on Citi’s Learning Experience Design team partners with business stakeholders to advance knowledge management content, processes, and technology. The role supports governance and adoption of KM and Agile practices across the organization and reports to an LXD Capability Manager. It focuses on driving value and stakeholder alignment through strategic consultation and cross‑functional collaboration.
