Knowledge Manager

The Knowledge Manager leads the development and implementation of Prospera's knowledge management plan, ensuring knowledge is effectively captured, shared, and utilized to enhance program impact and sustainability. This role works closely with program teams to identify knowledge needs, facilitate knowledge exchange, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The position reports to the Communications Lead and supports the program's long-term success through strategic knowledge management initiatives.
