PAE
The Knowledge Manager advances PAE's learning and knowledge strategy by helping employees access, share, and apply the collective expertise of the firm. The role leads the approach to capturing, organizing, governing, and leveraging organizational knowledge while serving as the business owner for the enterprise knowledge platform. This position partners with various teams to connect formal learning with knowledge available in the flow of work and prepares the knowledge ecosystem for AI-powered search and emerging technologies.
