About this role

Capco Poland is seeking a Kondor+ Front Office Functional Consultant to support the functional analysis, configuration, and validation of the Kondor+ platform for front office trading and treasury workflows. The role serves as a bridge between Treasury/Trading users and the technical team, ensuring business processes and configurations operate correctly during upgrades. The consultant will validate trade capture, pricing, and position management while supporting various treasury products and regression testing efforts.

Responsibilities

Perform functional impact assessment of Kondor+ upgrades across Front Office functionality
Configure and validate Kondor+ Front Office functionality in upgraded environments
Support treasury products including FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
