As a KONE Business Service Agent, you will partner with Key Account Managers to manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely invoicing in compliance with collection policies. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, acting as a subject matter expert for billing processes, and assisting with accounts receivable reconciliation for assigned key accounts. The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and proficiency with Microsoft products, with SAP knowledge being a bonus.
