About this role

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program in Amsterdam is a 12-month rotational development program (with a permanent contract from the start) designed to develop future enterprise leaders across multiple commercial functions. It targets high-performing recent graduates and provides functional onboarding, field sales experience, cross-functional placements, and leadership exposure. Trainees will complete an individual business project and be placed into a functional role after the program.
