The Tour Guide for Japaventura leads small-group (4–12 people) 2–3 week tours across Japan, representing the company and ensuring an engaging, safe, and memorable experience for guests. The role requires living in Japan, close collaboration with the Executive Director and other teams, and strong cultural knowledge to showcase authentic experiences. Candidates must be fluent in German and have very good Japanese to support tour organization and client communication.
