About this role

The L2 Cloud Operations Engineer supports day-to-day operations of Azure and AWS infrastructure, focusing on incident resolution, resource administration, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting. This role ensures cloud availability, security, and operational efficiency by collaborating with L1 operations, L3 Cloud teams, and cross-functional groups. The position requires managing infrastructure lifecycle activities, patching, backup validation, and security remediation within a 24x7 support environment.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Azure and AWS infrastructure incidents and service requests
Administer and troubleshoot cloud virtual machines, storage, and networking resources
Monitor cloud resource health and perform patching, backup validation, and lifecycle management
