About this role

This onsite role provides hands-on L2 network support for the client's infrastructure across headquarters, branch offices, and manufacturing plants. The engineer troubleshoots and resolves network incidents, performs basic configurations on Cisco and Arista switches, and maintains wireless access points and SD-WAN edge devices. The position requires regular site visits and coordination with ISPs to ensure smooth connectivity and network health.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 network support for SD-WAN, LAN, and Wireless Access Points across multiple sites
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents including connectivity drops and performance issues
Perform basic configuration tasks on Cisco and Arista switches and support SD-WAN edge devices
