L2 Subject Matter Expert – Servers/Data Center (2nd Shift)

This role supports the Global Service network by handling escalated technical issues from the service help desk and providing solutions to complex server and data center problems. The engineer will troubleshoot x86 components, analyze debug logs, and collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure product quality and service excellence. The position involves mentoring junior engineers, creating technical documentation, and maintaining high standards of customer success through effective issue resolution.
