L3 (Grade 9) – Network Security Senior Specialist

This role provides day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, handling incident, request, and change management activities within a 24x7 environment. The specialist monitors firewall health, performs configuration changes, and assists in upgrades and maintenance while maintaining documentation and knowledge base updates. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to escalate complex issues to L4 or vendor support as needed.
