L3 (Grade 9) – Network Security Senior Specialist

This role provides day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, handling incident, request, and change management activities. The specialist monitors firewall health, performs configuration changes, and assists in upgrades and maintenance while maintaining documentation and participating in on-call rotations. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of network security protocols within a 24x7 environment.
