About this role

The Lab and Facility Operations Engineer will support a growing MEMS R&D lab by ensuring the reliability, safety, and readiness of the lab environment, infrastructure, and equipment. This role involves direct hands-on operation of assembly and test tools while managing day-to-day lab operations, vendor coordination, and EHS compliance to prepare the facility for scale-up.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day readiness of the MEMS lab and cleanroom.
Coordinate lab infrastructure, utilities, access, and vendors.
Support equipment installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Establish core lab operations basics including onboarding and SOPs.
Operate assembly and test tools hands-on as needed.
