Lab Architect

Archer is hiring a Lab Architect to shape the long-term design and evolution of its eVTOL integrated lab ecosystem, including Iron Bird platforms, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments, and system simulation/test infrastructure. The role combines strategic technical vision with hands-on development to establish the lab foundations that support aircraft testing from prototyping through FAA certification. This position reports into engineering and works across multidisciplinary teams to ensure scalable, automated, and certification-aligned test capability.
