About this role

The Lab Automation Scientist at Lilly owns the operation, development, and improvement of laboratory automation systems within the Scale4Insight team. Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operation and maintenance of laboratory automation systems
Develop, optimize, and validate automated methods and workflows
Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting of automation issues
Partner with scientists to translate research needs into practical automation solutions
Ensure effective integration of automation platforms with LIMS and data pipelines
