Lab Courier

The Lab Courier is responsible for executing courier route assignments to maintain specimen integrity in compliance with NYS Health Department Regulations. This role involves driving a company vehicle, communicating with Logistics Dispatch, and ensuring professional customer service while adhering to all safety and company policies. The position requires independent problem-solving, accurate documentation of deliveries, and the ability to assist with training and route efficiency improvements.
