Lab Liaison Technician

This position serves as the laboratory liaison for an extensive variety of customers receiving services from TriHealth, demonstrating resourcefulness and comprehensive knowledge of hospital services. Responsibilities include the proper labeling, aliquoting, packaging, and tracking of specimens through the entire TriHealth Laboratory system and dispatching specimens to the appropriate referral laboratory. The role also serves as a key point of contact for customers by managing communications, providing support for diagnostic laboratory services, and resolving inquiries.
