The Lab Manager will oversee daily operations, organization, and infrastructure of a high-speed electrical and optical test lab, handling equipment maintenance, board rework, inventory, and remote support for engineers working on high-speed interconnects and optical qualification. The role combines hands‑on hardware troubleshooting with logistics, procurement, and facilities management to ensure a clean, well‑organized lab environment.
