The Lab Medical Technologist (MT) Supervisor oversees staff and day-to-day operations for a designated laboratory area, ensuring delivery of established goals and maintenance of quality standards. The role supports department leadership in developing and executing departmental goals and the strategic plan in alignment with Marshfield Clinic Health System’s mission. The supervisor uses professional judgment to assess and escalate situations as needed and acts as a leader by building constructive relationships across the department.

Qualifications
