Lab Support Tech I

The Lab Support Tech I greets and receives patients, ascertains their needs, and appropriately directs them while performing phlebotomy procedures, EKGs, and other lab support tasks. This role involves collecting blood samples, registering and distributing specimens, and providing computer and telephone support within the laboratory setting. The position requires maintaining a clean work area, restocking supplies, and ensuring accurate test ordering and patient communication.
