Lab Technician

The Lab Technician assists clinical research staff in conducting clinical research trials by preparing, processing, and shipping laboratory samples while conducting venipuncture and phlebotomy on study subjects. The role ensures specimen integrity, maintains inventory, and organizes laboratory operations in compliance with FDA regulations, ICH/GCP standards, and sponsor protocols. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience with a valid certification.
