About this role

ChristianaCare is seeking a senior nursing student, recent nursing graduate, or new registered nurse to join the Labor and Delivery Nurse Residency Program starting July 19, 2027. This comprehensive 26-week program provides a structured transition from nursing student to professional RN through interactive classroom instruction, simulation-based education, and preceptor-led clinical training across four specialty areas. Participants will gain clinical competency, reduce errors, and enhance professional growth through evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
