The Labor Compliance Analyst will support a large educational facility construction program by monitoring, auditing, and enforcing the client’s Labor Compliance Program. The role involves ensuring contractor/subcontractor adherence to California labor laws and, when applicable, the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, while supporting the Education team on K-12 and higher education projects.
