Labor Law Counsel

The Labor Law Counsel leads labor strategy and negotiations with unions as JLL's primary negotiator for collective bargaining agreements. This attorney-level role advises management and HR on complex labor matters, resolves unionized workforce issues, and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies. The position also involves coaching, training, and developing labor relations programs to strengthen the organization's capabilities.
