Labor Law Jurist

The Labor Law Jurist provides operational and strategic legal advice to leaders and HR on collective and individual labor law matters, handling personnel cases, restructuring processes, dismissals, and legal disputes. The role involves facilitating dialog and negotiations with union representatives and trade unions, drafting and quality-assuring employment contracts, policies, and internal guidelines, and conducting internal training sessions for leaders on labor law topics. This position requires a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
