Labor Management

This role provides enterprise leadership for advancing scheduling strategy, standards, and performance across Ascension. The position oversees the implementation and sustainment of scheduling best practices while partnering with operational and clinical leaders to align staffing targets, labor budgets, and patient care needs. It leads initiatives to strengthen schedule integrity, reduce premium labor, and promote equitable scheduling processes. The role also involves overseeing scheduling governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to advance Scheduling Excellence across ministries.
