Labor Pool

The Labor Pool provides essential, highly adaptive general labor support across various manufacturing functions, including material movement, assembly, packing, and specialized machine operation. This role ensures continuous workflow, mitigates production bottlenecks, and maintains plant cleanliness while serving as an entry point for individuals to gain exposure to different positions and manufacturing processes. The position requires dynamic deployment to address real-time production gaps and staff absences.
