Labor Relations Business Partner

The Labor Relations Business Partner assists in the day-to-day management of union contracts, including participating in grievance hearings, collecting information for Requests for Information, and serving as a note-taker during negotiations. This role supports collective bargaining activities, oversees the administration of collective bargaining agreements, and guides HR and management through the grievance process. The position reports to the Senior Director of Labor Relations and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure proactive resolution of labor relations matters.
