Labor Relations HRBP

Act as a strategic HR partner focused on labor relations and union management within LyondellBasell's industrial operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor legislation, coordinating collective bargaining negotiations, and maintaining healthy relationships between the company and its workforce. You will also support talent management processes, oversee occupational health and safety agendas, and manage employee service vendors.
